I think that we re really enthusiastic vegans, but were a little nervous about serving vegan food to our omnivore guests. Your team and the food served far exceeded our (already high) expectations. So many guests were raving to us about how much they enjoyed the food, even some guests who I think rarely have a meat-free meal.
With the appetizers, everyone loved the lentil bites and the potato crisps. It was so fun that the potato bites had a caviar look. And we had some guests tell us how they normally stay away from sushi because they don't like raw fish, and our event was the first time they've been able to enjoy beautiful sushi.
With the main course, I had several guests tell me that they adored the salad. One of my cousins kept trying to steal our other guests' focaccia. Both pastas were a huge hit. Another guest told me that he had never enjoyed eating a green bean before and our food showed him how much flavor vegetables can have.
We were delighted by all this feedback from our guests. Some people told me that because they ate vegan that night, they noticed that they felt better dancing as well. We feel so grateful that your team allowed us to serve such delicious, fully vegan food.”
